Elizabeth is an environmentalist and climate activist, Founder of Green Generation Initiative that nurtures young people to love nature. She is currently the Head of Campaigns and Daima Coalition for Urban Green Spaces Coordinator at Wangari Maathai Foundation. Due to her passion, leadership and personal commitment to environmental conservation, Elizabeth has been awarded various awards including the Wangari Maathai Scholarship Award, the Commonwealth Youth Awards, Africa Green Person of the Year Award and also named among the top 100 most influential young Africans. Elizabeth is currently the Global South Youth Co-chair for the COP26 Civil Society and Youth Advisory Council.
